Terms of Service

Northreach Containment ("the Site", "we", "us") is a fan-made, non-commercial roleplay community website built for a Roblox group. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Roblox Corporation. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The Site is accessed by signing in with your Roblox account through Roblox's own OAuth login. You must be the legitimate owner of any Roblox account you use to sign in, and you are responsible for anything done under your account while signed in.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, roles, or restricted areas of the Site.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the Site's security or infrastructure.
• Use the Site to harass, impersonate, or abuse other members.
• Submit or publish content (including wiki articles) that is unlawful, harmful, or violates Roblox's own Community Standards and Terms of Use.

Access to certain features and permissions on the Site may be granted automatically based on your rank within the associated Roblox group, or manually by an administrator. Roles and access can be changed, restricted, or revoked at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion.

Wiki articles and other content submitted to the Site are works of fiction created for roleplay purposes. Contributors are responsible for content they submit, and we may edit, lock, or remove content at our discretion, including for moderation or accuracy reasons.

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
