Privacy Policy

The only information we collect about you is what Roblox provides when you sign in to this Site with your Roblox account. We do not have a separate registration form, we do not ask for your email or payment details, and we do not collect data from any source other than the Roblox sign-in process described below.

When you sign in with Roblox, we receive and store:

• Your Roblox user ID, username, and display name.
• Your Roblox avatar image (a link to it, for display on the Site).
• Your membership and rank information for the Roblox group associated with this Site, so the Site can grant you the correct access and roles.
• The authentication tokens Roblox issues during sign-in, used to keep you logged in and to periodically re-check your group rank.

To keep your login secure, we also automatically store standard session information generated by the sign-in process itself - such as your IP address, browser/device (user agent), and session timestamps. This is a normal byproduct of any secure login system, not separately collected data about you.

We don't collect your email address, real name, phone number, physical address, or payment information. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't buy or receive data about you from anywhere other than your Roblox sign-in.

• To identify you and keep you signed in to the Site.
• To determine your roles and permissions based on your Roblox group rank.
• To display your username and avatar within the Site (e.g. as a wiki article author).
• To secure accounts and investigate abuse or unauthorized access.

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only exchanged with Roblox itself, as required to complete and maintain the sign-in and group-membership check, and may be visible to Site administrators for moderation purposes.

We retain your account information for as long as you have an account on the Site. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting a Site administrator through the associated Roblox group or Discord server; we will remove your data except where retaining it is necessary for security or legal reasons.

The Site uses a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

This Site relies on Roblox's own account system and is subject to Roblox's Terms of Use, including its age requirements. We do not knowingly collect information beyond what Roblox provides through the sign-in process described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
